Immersion Overview:
This 4-day immersion explores how sustainable health arises from the alignment between our physiology, environment, and daily rhythm. Set in the regenerative farmland of Opaker Gård, Norway, the immersion brings together the practical science of nourishment, assimilation, seasonal adaptation, and personalized well-being.

Your Guides

Umā
Umā is a senior practitioner and educator specializing in classical Indian health systems, with over 30 years of field experience. Her background includes formal licensure as an Ayurveda Practitioner (D.A.Sc., USA) and certification as a Panchakarma Specialist (India). From 2008 to 2016, she co-directed a clinical Ayurvedic center in Bali focused on lifestyle-based interventions and seasonal therapeutics. She is the founder of Aranya Ayurvedics, a range of wildcrafted botanicals, and the creator of SATYA—Synergistic Alignment of Tantra, Yoga & Ayurveda—an educational model bridging traditional Indian sciences with contemporary approaches in personalized health, integrative wellness, and intentional living. Her approach emphasizes experiential application, systemic coherence, and contextual adaptation.

Kjersti
Kjersti Rinde Omsted is a health practitioner and regenerative farmer with a deep focus on holistic health and regenerative living. With a bachelor in labratory science, she combines scientific insight with personal experience in healing and resilience. Following her recovery from ME, driven mainly by nutritional changes and holistic lifestyle shifts she has dedicated herself to learn and teach regenerative principles, nervous system balancing, and embodied health practices. She has studied “Enhetsterapi og mestringsmedisin” (integrative therapy and resilience medicine) with Dr Audun Mykja, in addition to natural hormonal therapy. She is based at Opaker Gård in Norway—an organic and regenerative farm with a farm hotel and community. Kjersti also carries deep wisdom in working with herbs, plants, and ancestral food knowledge.

• When do I need to register?
Registration closes September 10, 2025.

• Do I need prior experience?
No. The immersion is open to all curious and committed individuals, whether new to this work or experienced.
• Will there be coffee or caffeine?
No. We will not serve coffee, black/green tea, or cacao. We recommend weaning off in advance of the immersion so you are not experiencing withdrawal symptoms while at Opaker Gård. Herbal infusions will be provided.
• What should I bring?
You will receive a suggested packing list in advance, including layered clothing, movement wear, yoga mat or sheepskin, notebook, and natural toiletries.
