About the event

Do you love singing with all your heart and want to learn how to combine it with yoga and meditation?

Perhaps you already practice yoga and meditation and are curious about how to incorporate sound, singing, and music into your yoga practice. Or maybe you have an inner voice longing to express itself but don't know how to let it out. Are you already passionate about yoga, mantra, kirtan, and bhakti yoga and want to dedicate more time to it?

Regardless of your background or level—if any of this speaks to you, you are warmly welcome to join us for this weekend. We, Silje Sridharana and Kristiane Yashoda, are passionate about this and look forward to sharing the experience with you. Yes to more yoga, singing, mantra, and kirtan in life!

Moon Weekend

This weekend focuses on the moon—Chandra and Tha—which represent the passive and introspective. On Saturday, we enter a new moon cycle, which we will mark with a fire ceremony. Together, we release the old, use a healing mantra, and set intentions for the upcoming moon cycle. We will practice the Moon Salutation with moon mantras and energy exercises for calm and rest.

What kind of yoga?

We practice classical yoga, drawing inspiration from the Satyananda tradition, where mantra and yantra are key elements. Silje and Kristiane are inspired by nature and integrate elements of mindfulness, Buddhist meditation, yin yoga, and restorative yoga to provide a holistic experience.
