Katrine Devagita and Tom Rysstad invite you to explore the dynamic interplay of masculine and feminine energies within and around us. Through guided conversations, physical exercises, and meditative practices, we will create a safe and nurturing space where you can:
Increase awareness of Yin & Yang within yourself.
Explore resistance and inner unrest.
Regulate imbalances through meaningful encounters with others.
This retreat combines open dialogue, honest sharing, and engaging exercises that support your personal growth. Together, we will sense, discover, and embrace what it truly means to live fully and authentically.

4,250 NOK (double room with shared bathroom)

Transport: We will pick you up at Kongsvinger station at 16:22 (200 NOK each way). Carpooling can often be arranged for the return trip.

About the Facilitators:
Katrine Devagita:
Katrine is a tantric body therapist at the Tantrasenteret in Oslo. After 15 years in the business world and as the author of four biographies, she now focuses on helping people reconnect to their bodies, nature, and the joy of simply being.
Tom Rysstad: Tom is a certified conversation therapist, coach, and dialogue facilitator. He leads men’s groups and develops formats for authentic group experiences. His motto is "To live, not just survive."
